Robert Palley - Leader in Real Estate Investment and Development
Based in Chicago, Robert Palley has built a longstanding career in commercial real estate investment and development. He is the co-founder and a partner in Granite Realty Partners LLC. Since launching the firm in 1998, Robert Palley has played a central role in acquiring and developing a wide range of commercial and residential properties valued at over $1 billion. His work centers on sourcing new opportunities and managing the capital structures that enable complex real estate transactions.
Before Granite Realty, Mr. Palley served as vice president at Jupiter Realty Corporation, where he was responsible for large-scale retail developments across the Midwest, including three major retail power centers. His career also includes a tenure as vice president/principal for the Levy Organization, where he oversaw the acquisition, financing, and development of over $200 million worth of real estate, including office and industrial buildings. Robert Palley began his professional journey as director of finance at Levy Restaurants before transitioning into real estate.
Mr. Palley holds a BA in biology and an MBA from Northwestern University. Outside of his professional life, he maintains active involvement in the Oak Park Country Club as well as Oak Brook Golf Club. He also enjoys sports, travel, and activities such as tennis and skiing.
